Woe is Me
It is more difficult than I thought
to write a poem a day,
for all my efforts
have led me astray
I spent all of this morning
looking for something to write
I searched and searched,
but nothing was right
so now all I can do
is sit here and rhyme
and hope that this poem is…
well, at least a little sublime.
